Are you ready to put that core of yours to the test?
I’ve got an AMAZING challenge for you to do for this week that your core is going to LOVE!
It’s called a “Plank Stacking Challenge.” Every day, we will push our planks to the next level!
Here’s how it works:
We’ll start on Day 1 by holding our planks for 1 minute. Then, EVERY day you’ll add an INCREMENT OF YOUR CHOICE on to your plank time!
This time added is up to you, but I encourage you to really challenge yourself! You can switch up the plank variation and take as many breaks as you need… as long as you hit the total number of seconds you need each day in plank.
Here’s an example. Let’s say you decide to add 30 seconds each day this week! Here’s what your schedule will look like:
🌟Day 1: 1 minute
🌟Day 2: 1:30 minutes
🌟Day 3: 2 minutes
🌟Day 4: 2:30 minutes
🌟Day 5: 3 minutes
🌟Day 6: 3:30 minutes
🌟Day 7: 4 minutes!
You can do any kind of plank you want: a regular plank from your elbows or hands … an elevated plank with your hands on a bench, BOSU or medicine ball … a decline plank with your feet on a BOSU, bench, or med ball … shoulder tap plank … side plank … or some other plank that’s lurking in your personal repertoire!

Let’s hold each other accountable with this one! Are you in? I am! Post in the comments and let us know what you’re doing for YOUR planks.
