This isn’t only about what you’ve accomplished (but that can be part of it).

🦄 What do you feel like?
🤩What does your life look like?
👨🚀👩🎤How do you spend your days?
⭐And one final question … what has changed?
💭💤💥This is your chance to dream big for your life and how it will actually FEEL to get there!
The more time you spend on this, the more clarity you get. When you KNOW what you want your life to look like, you’ll be a lot more likely to make your future self a reality!
Spend a few minutes and write down a detailed description of your “future self.” Don’t spare any of the details!
This may just be one of the BEST things you do all year.

I am in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE! Regardless of age I look and feel substantially younger. I am fit, vibrant, healthy and inspiring others to focus on their health. I am a living example that transformation is possible - again. Regardless of bulging discs, my core is strengthened to support my spine and eliminate pain. I’ll put more thought and include more in my journal

I'll have lost 80lbs and will be feeling so much better without the constant back pain so I will be more active with yoga and classes at the gym and I won't feel like it's a chore, but I will actually enjoy it! I will be planning a vacation to travel to a new country and I won't be afraid that I won't fit in the parasail straps or the wetsuits. I will have so much freedom!
