You can choose one next week, next month, or in a few months! 👟🏊♀️🚵♀️ It could be a 5K, 10K, a bike ride, a triathlon, an obstacle course … anything you’ve had in the back of your mind as something you’d like to try. 💪Seriously, how much fun is this going to be? (Answer: a lot of fun!) 🚶♀️Remember: you don’t have to be a runner to do a 5K. You can walk the distance or intersperse jogging and walking intervals. The point is to do something new and to challenge yourself! ⚡👯♀️ Signing up for an event is a GREAT way to push your boundaries … either a little or a lot!
