🔎💥This week our challenge is to look ahead one year from now to see yourself and the life you’re living.
Here’s a tip to help. Rather than just say, “I’ll have a new job,” or “I’ll be able to run a 5K,” instead get really specific and imagine yourself already having accomplished your goal.
It’s all about practicing visualization. How will you feel? Who will be around you? Even imagine the clothes you are wearing. Have fun with it!
