🧐The challenge is to step into your own shoes one year from now, and spend some time living AS IF YOU’VE ALREADY accomplished the goals you’ve set out to achieve in 2020.

Live as if you’re the person who has run the marathon, gotten the new job, seen a child off to pre-K or college 
 or whatever else is on your list!


đŸ€łAs you’re embodying your future self, take a minute to note any uncomfortable feelings you have or new habits you’ll have to create to live in that future life (both of which are totally NORMAL!) 
 and be grateful for them!


💡This is your personal to-do self-development list to conquer this year, to help you move the boundaries of your comfort zone. Pretty amazing, right?
