Live as if you’re the person who has run the marathon, gotten the new job, seen a child off to pre-K or college … or whatever else is on your list!
🤳As you’re embodying your future self, take a minute to note any uncomfortable feelings you have or new habits you’ll have to create to live in that future life (both of which are totally NORMAL!) … and be grateful for them!
