⭐BE SPECIFIC. That’s right. Really drill down into the things you’re grateful for.

Instead of writing “I’m grateful for my home,” explain exactly what it is about your home you’re grateful for on this particular day – and rather than just recounting a few of the day’s happenings, go into detail.

This will keep your brain actively involved in the process, vs. having your gratitude practice become just another habit in your day.
