🧗🏾♀️Ready for a 10 Flights a Day mini workout to spice up your stair climbing challenge this week!?
All you need is a set of stairs and a few minutes, and you can get a workout that strengthens your entire body!
⚡Repeat the following circuit 3x through.
Walk up and down the stairs
Do 10 pushups
Walk up the stairs leading with your left foot each step, and walk down normally.
Do 10 plank shoulder taps each side (hold a strong plank position and, switching arms, deliberately “tap” your opposite shoulder).
Walk up the stairs leading with your right foot each step, and walk down normally.
Do 5 burpees!
Rest as needed
Finish up by taking two stairs at a time for your final set!
