Avoid scrolling on on your phone, watching TV, or otherwise distracting yourself. For a lot of us, this will be super challenging. Chances are you’ll notice you feel “full” faster since you will be tuned into your body’s signals. Plus, you might even experience less bloating since you are likely to take in less air when you chew. It can make a surprisingly big difference!
