😱🧘🏿♀️One of the reasons people dislike burpees so much is because they require hip flexibility, and most of us have pretty tight hips. ⭐The good news is that doing burpees can actually help with that! Here are 3 tips to make burpees a little easier and more effective: First, take your burpees slow until you master them. If you feel really tight, place your hands on a firm elevated bench or step vs. the floor, so you don’t have to bend down so far. When you’re finishing the burpee by jumping your feet back “in” after being in plank position, bring your feet wider than your hands.
