In fact, it’s designed to work with science-backed positive psychology to help you feel better and give you a sense of control over your life. 📓🖋Your challenge is to use a 5-Minute Journal! 🔥This literally takes just a couple of minutes twice a day… and is one of the easiest ways to improve your wellbeing and your HAPPINESS!

Here’s the basic format …

🕕Every morning you list 3 things you’re grateful for and 3 things that would make the day great, along with an affirmation or two. 🕙Every night you write down 3 things that happened during the day, and thoughts about what you could have done to make the day even better. 📝People who use this journal method have noticed improved relationships, greater levels of happiness, and a more optimistic outlook on their life! 📝Try it this week and see what YOU think!
